Custom service engagements
Serotonin does not sell a standardized service package through this website. The scope, fees, payment schedule, delivery responsibilities, cancellation terms, and any refund terms are documented in the written proposal or service agreement accepted for each engagement.
Cancellations
A request to cancel or change an active engagement must follow the notice requirements and timing stated in the signed agreement. Work already completed, committed resources, third-party costs, and unpaid invoices may affect the final account.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility is determined by the signed agreement and the facts of the engagement. This website does not create a separate or blanket refund entitlement. We review timely, good-faith concerns against the agreed scope, completed work, and contractual obligations.
Raise a concern
Contact info@serotoninagency.net with the client name, engagement, invoice or proposal reference, and a clear description of the issue. We will review the request and respond using the contact information associated with the engagement.
Agreement controls
If this page conflicts with a signed proposal or service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
